Thanks, Ty; A Book

Ty:

Thanks for setting this up. Another great book along the lines of fatherhood is "Father, The Family Protector," by James Stenson. I am about halfway through it. Stenson is a real straight shooter. He starts off by writing, " you probably don't have much spare time for reading ... that's why I've written this book to be straight to the point and smartly practical." And it is. Some chapter headings: Be Savvy About Your Mission -- To Raise Adults, Not Children; Obstacles to Forming Character; Direct Your Children With Affectionate Assertiveness; Treat Electronic Media as Your Rivals; and Draw Strength from Your Fatherly Heart. I will be happy to share this book when I am finished with it. Peace, always ... Joe
